Planty Of Eats
2 cups cooked pasta noodles 1 cup vegan mayo 2 tbsp mustard 1/2 cup diced bell pepper 1/2 cup frozen peas 2 tbsp dill relish 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional) Pinch of salt and pepper
In a bowl, combine all sauce ingredients: Mayo, mustard, dill relish, sugar, salt & pepper.
Mix well until sugar is dissolved. If you're still waiting on your pasta, place the sauce into the fridge. Otherwise, move on to the next step.
When your pasta is ready (cooked and cooled), add it to your sauce and mix well.
Then, dice up red bell pepper and add that plus the frozen peas. (Don't worry, they thaw very quickly!) Mix everything up!
