Frozen Green Beans Panko Bread Crumbs Mushrooms Paprika Garlic Powder Veggie Bouillon Soy Sauce Vinegar Coconut milk Oil
Slice & dice around 3 cups of mushrooms.
Add a little bit of oil to a pot and saute the mushrooms on medium-high heat until starting to darken and getting softer.
Seasonings and soy sauce
Dump in the can of coconut milk
Fill the can with water and add it to the soup.
Mix together cornstarch and water to make a slurry and add it once the soup is boiling.
Panko, oil, paprika and garlic powder in a bowl.
Mix the green beans with the soup mix and pour into a greased 9x9 baking dish.
Bread crumbs evenly over the mixture.
350F / 180C for 20 minutes, 5 minutes under broiler.
