Vegan Tofu Egg-free Salad

Perfect as a sandwich for picnics or as a cracker dip for parties or birthdays! 

What you'll need to make this

1 Package Medium/Firm Tofu 1 cup vegan mayo 2 tbsp yellow mustard 1/4 cup dill relish 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp kala namak (Indian black salt Pinch of salt and pepper

Start by crumbling your block of tofu, or doing half crumble, half small dices (I like doing half and half for different textures. Then sprinkle the kala namak on and let it soak into the tofu for about 5-10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, add in all other ingredients and mix together well. 

Combine everything and fold/mix everything together until all of the tofu has been coated in your yummy sauce!
