Step 1

Heat the coconut milk Bring the coconut milk up to high temperature. This is going to be the start of your cheesy sauce

Add everything but the pasta. Once the coconut milk is nice and hot, add all other ingredients: Nutritional Yeast, salt and lemon juice.

Step 3

Bring the sauce back up to heat if needed, mix until smooth and well incorporated, then add a cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.

Add your cooked pasta to the sauce and mix everything together so that all pasta is coated!
