Slowcooker Red Lentil Chili

A delicious comfort meal that you hardly have to mess with? Yes please! 

Why this recipe?

Very little interaction is needed, you just throw it all in the crockpot and let it cook! Plus, there's only a few easy ingredients!

What you'll need to make this

1 cup red lentils 1 cup TVP 2 28oz cans crushed tomatoes 1 cube veggie bouillon 1 tbsp chili powder 1 tbsp paprika 1 tbsp garlic powder 2 tbsp cumin 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 3 cups water

Rinse lentils well of any dirt and add them to the crock of a slowcooker

Next, add in the rest of the ingredients, stir and set the slowcooker to 4 hours high, or 6 hours low.
