If you've got a question for me, before you send me an e-mail, let's make sure the question hasn't already been asked. This will not only save me time, but it will also save you time.

Can I share your recipes?
That depends! I'm super happy that you want to share my recipes with your friends and family and I have absolutely no problem with that!
Sharing a link to my recipes from your website is allowed automatically so long as no images are involved.
If you want to use one of my photos, I do request that you ask for my permission first, and the best way to do what is by contacting me.
Are your recipes difficult to make?
As someone with disabilities, I need things to be easy! Everything you find here is guaranteed to be super simple every time. No hard to find or unique ingredients or obscure steps.
Additionally, all of my recipes are either under 1 hour or under 30 minutes to make. (with the exception of crockpot recipes) I very rarely have a recipe take an hour, and it's usually resting time.
Are your recipes thoroughly tested?
Yep! These are the steps I take to making sure that each recipe is worthy of posting, and successful each time:
- I've made the recipe or tested it at least four times.
- I have my husband follow the recipe and see if he can make it. (He's not great at cooking but he tries real hard).
- I've had my husband try it, as well as anyone else available to try.
- And if after the 4th time of making the recipe, it still tastes the same or even better, I then begin the writing process.
Because of this process, I do not just throw out recipes every day. It takes at least a month to test a recipe, not counting any other obstacles that might occur.
Like if I make too many mistakes and I need to recoup the ingredients, or even availability of ingredients is sometimes an issue.
And then there's the fact that I'm AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD) and sometimes I just go into hibernation and don't create any recipes for a bit.
Haha, if you know you know. And if you're on this site, I'd hope you know.
I don't stop there! After recipes are posted for a while, I will follow my own recipe and make it again to see that it still holds up, if it doesn't, I make adjustments and update the post.
All of my recipes are regularly updated with new information and changes if needed.
Are all of your recipes Gluten Free?
No they are not, however, I do have some great vegan, gluten free recipes for you if you're looking!
With a few exceptions, I typically try to make my recipes gluten-free friendly, and if I don't, I always offer a substitution or solution in post/recipe card for my gluten-free readers!
Are all of your recipes vegan?
100% Always and forever. I transitioned to this lifestyle 15 years ago and I will never look back.
If you're already vegan and just looking for new recipes to try, you won't have to worry here.
Can I find you on Social Media?
Currently the only social media that I have is Facebook, and you can find me on my Facebook page, as well as my group!
I am sorry if this disappoints you, however, I am very open and honest about my mental health and as a person with ADHD and other issues, it is extremely difficult for me to keep up with more than this website & Facebook.
It is already a lot of work, haha. Maybe someday when I can hire actual help, I would be willing to expand.
How is this website funded?
Currently, I pay for everything out of my own pocket and let me tell you, it's a dooooooozy.
I have the option to "buy me a coffee"(it changes with the season) where I offer either a one time donation option or a subscription/membership for $3 and $5 a month which includes incentives!
This website will never contain ads, and I will always be transparent about how I fund this website, the food and all equipment needed to continue doing what I love and also continue offering recipes for free.
I appreciate anyone who supports me in anyway, even if it's just sharing the recipe with friends and family.
You are never obligated to donate or subscribe. All recipes and articles on this website will remain free of charge.
What Type of Camera and Equipment Do You Use?
I use my Samsung S22 Phone and the lighting of the day in a good spot in my house. I do not own any fancy or expensive equipment.
Some of the decor I have I got through bulk pickups during trash day, thrift, or given away for free.
Why Do You Hide Nutritional Information?
Because I, personally, do not give a high diddly doodle about it. I don't count calories or macros or carbs. I have it on my recipe cards because Google likes it, and I want to reach people so I must appease the Google machine.
I eat because my body requires food, sometimes it's nutritious, sometimes it's not.
My mindset will always be "fed is best". Eating disorders are nothing to mess around with, and nutritional information can trigger someone into not eating, and I'm all about people getting fed.
Also, if you're on my site and all about counting calories or "not eating processed crap", I simply do not have anything here for you, friend, I'm sorry.
There are many other wonderful food bloggers out there who will absolutely cater to your needs, though and I hope you find what you're looking for.
Do You Have Favorite Vegan Restaurants?
Oh yes I do! Vegas has an amazing vegan scene. I'll list off my favorites, but this is not all of the places we have here. I'll also list other places I've eaten outside of here (which isn't many, haha):
Las Vegas, Nevada
- Daikon Vegan Sushi
- No Butcher
- Tarantinos Italian
- Plant Power Fast Food
- Soy Mexican (YES, Authentic vegan Mexican fooooood and it's amazing)
- Tacotarian
- Garden Grill
San Franscisco, California
- Shizen (Vegan sushi)
Seoul, South Korea
- Maru Jayeonsik Gimbap (This place does not have a website. We confirmed with the shop owners that the food is all plant-based. It was delicious.)
I had a few others I was gonna list here, even in Japan, but sadly they've all closed.
How can I contact you?
