If you've got a question for me, before you send me an e-mail, let's make sure the question hasn't already been asked. This will not only save me time, but it will also save you time.

Can I share your recipes?
That depends! I'm super happy that you want to share my recipes with your friends and family and I have absolutely no problem with that! However, if you plan to share my content on your own website, or social media for the purpose of gaining monetary value, I kindly ask that you seek my permission first.
Sharing a link to my recipes from your own recipes is allowed automatically so long as no images are involved. If you plan to use one of my photos, I do request that you ask for my permission first, and the best way to do what is by contacting me.
Are your recipes difficult to make?
Absolutely not! My recipes are easy enough that they can be made by kids (and my husband who really can't cook and has been able to make my recipes).
As someone with disabilities, I need things to be easy! Everything you find here is guaranteed to be super simple every time. No hard to find or unique ingredients or obscure steps.
Additionally, all of my recipes are either under 1 hour or under 30 minutes to make. (with the exception of crockpot recipes) I very rarely have a recipe take an hour, and it's usually resting time.
Are your recipes thoroughly tested?
Absolutely! These are my steps to making sure that each recipe is worthy of posting, and sure to be a success each time
- I've made the recipe or tested it at least four times.
- I have my husband follow the recipe and see if he can make it. (He's not great at cooking).
- I've had my husband try it, as well as anyone else available to try.
- And if after the 4th time of making the recipe, it still tastes the same or even better, I then begin the writing process.
Because of this process, I do not just throw out recipes every day. It takes at least a month to test a recipe, not counting any other obstacles that might occur. Like if I make too many mistakes and I need to recoup the ingredients, or even availability of ingredients is sometimes an issue.
And I don't stop there! After recipes are posted for a while, I will follow my own recipe and make it again to see that it still holds up, if it doesn't, I make adjustments and update the post. All of my recipes are regularly updated with new information and changes if needed.
Are all of your recipes Gluten Free?
No they are not, however I do include substitutions in all of my recipes for gluten-free options! I do have a few naturally gluten free recipes of course if you're interested in a straight forward recipe! You could try my easy air fried tofu or a nice cucumber salad for those warm days!
With a few exceptions, I typically try to make my recipes gluten-free friendly, and if I don't, I always offer a substitution or solution for my gluten-free readers!
Are all of your recipes vegan?
100% Always and forever. I transitioned to this lifestyle 13 years ago and I will never look back.
If you're already vegan and just looking for new recipes to try, you won't have to worry here.
Can I find you on Social Media?
Currently the only social media that I have is Facebook, and you can find me on my Facebook page, as well as my group!
I am sorry if this disappoints you, however, I am very open and honest about my mental health and as a person with ADHD and other issues, it is extremely difficult for me to keep up with more than this website & Facebook. It is already a lot of work, haha. Maybe someday when I can hire actual help, I would be willing to expand.
How can I contact you?
If for any reason you wish to get a hold of me or have any other questions that I have not answered here, you are welcome to e-mail me at bree@plantyofeats.com.
I would love to hear from you.
